Main mine ventilation fans & booster fans

NPGM Company have been making works in engineering development of  main fans for underground systems and mines which are not dust and gas-hazardous, since 1960.

In Soviet years, mining flow fans were developed jointly with Artemovsk machine factory “VENTPROM” and were actively used in such countries as USSR, Romania, Afganistan, India, Iran and etc. During this time NIPIGORMASH took the lead of union industrial factories NPO “URALGORMASH” and also was the leading in project development sphere of fans equipment in mining field.

Today NPGM follows on vector of fan manufacturing development in the Urals, actively using facilities of construction and production departments. The new line-up of  main mine fans MFU (Main Fan Unit) includes fans designed to ventilate mines, underground tunnels and industrial –purpose objects.

Security enforcement and reliability of axial-flow reversible fans of NPGM manufacturing is achieved by such facilities as: self – maintaining redundancy, mounting fan and electromotor on a certain stiff frame, accessibleness degree during examination and reparation, early servicing and its monitoring. All fans have got triple safety margin and come with expanded guarantee period.

There are special multiple stage examination for all fans in factory conditions. Installation and setup of planted machinery is realized by NPGM on running site. Own service department coupled with repair parts warehouse are insure operating decision of repair and servicing questions.

Fans of NPGM manufacture are typed – approved and have Russian Technical Supervision Service access to production activity.
